Pacifica Homes Development Corporation (PHDC) is the real estate developer that will lead in the sale, construction and delivery of premium affordable homes in the Philippines. Together with our chairman Mr. Ted Po, our president Mr. Leo Po and their brothers on our board, we envision to deliver superior quality homes with mid-market features selling at low-cost housing prices. About Hamana Homes
Hamana Homes is a 15-hectare residential development project with homes that offer generous lot sizes and livable floor areas inspired by modern Asian home aesthetics.
Hamana Homes is planned together with commercial areas that will feature a transport hub that will cater to residents’ needs.
The main entryway has a 16-meter wide right-of-way. The subdivision’s major access road is at 12-meters. The rest of the collector and minor roads are 8 to 10 meters wide.
Hamana Homes also offers generous amount of open spaces, landscaping, community facilities, path walks and road networks comprising almost 40% of the development. Its main amenity area will feature a clubhouse, a swimming pool and a basketball court. Aside from the main amenities, several pocket parks are strategically and efficiently distributed all throughout the development, making it very accessible to all residents.
